General
Our office hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5.30pm.

Delivery
If in stock, goods will be despatched within 3 working days. If this is not possible we will email you.
If you need your item urgently, please contact us and we will try our best to help.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This requires a signature at your end. If you are not in to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to your local delivery office for collection, you will have 7 days to collect.

Postage & Packing Charges
Orders up to £30 - £1.50
Orders up to £100 – £2.50
Orders up to £150 - £3.50
Orders in excess of £150 - £5.50

We only process orders which have been screened and accepted by paypal.

If you wish to pay be cheque, please contact us first. Orders paid for by cheque will be despatched within 7-14 days, depending on bank cheque clearance times.
All prices include VAT at the current rate. We do not exclude or refund VAT for any orders

Refunds & Exchange
We do not refund on unwanted goods.
We offer an exchange on unused goods providing these goods are returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
